The Veritas Forum is a fast-growing, strategic ministry that partners with Christian thought leaders, professors, campus ministries, and students to engage universities and the broader public with the ideas that shape our lives.
The Manager, Accounting will oversee Veritas Forum's outsourced accounting firm, ensuring the firm's bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation work is accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational policy. This is an oversight and review role rather than a hands-on data-entry role: the outsourced firm records transactions and enters invoices, while the Part-Time Accountant reviews, approves, and manages that work.
This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Finance and offers a remote schedule of 15–20 hours per week. The hours and weekly schedule are flexible and will be determined with the candidate before the start of the role.

The first Veritas Forum took place at Harvard in 1992. Today, nearly 200 universities across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia have hosted Forums, which have engaged over 800,000 students, faculty, and university community members.
“Veritas” is the Latin word for truth—and a word commonly found in university mottos; it refers to our belief that truth can be sought and found. “Forum” refers to our commitment to creating spaces where ideas can be openly shared and discussed.
