Keith Leavitt is an Assistant Professor in the college of Business at Oregon State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Washington, and dual master’s degrees in Psychology and Business. Prior to joining OSU, he worked as a researcher within the Center for the Army Profession and Ethic (an Army-wide ethics “think tank”) located at West Point. His research on behavioral ethics has appeared in premiere organizational journals including the Academy of Management Journal, the Academy of Management Review, the Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes (OBHDP). His work has been featured in media outlets including the New York Times, Forbes, Fast Company, Inc. Magazine, The Huffington Post, and Reuters.
