Jimmy McGee graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelors of Art in Sociology. After college, he worked with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. For ten years he served Black students at the Atlanta University Center. While with InterVarsity, he also served as the director of the Atlanta Urban Project, the Associate Director of Multi-Ethnic Ministries, and the Director of the Pilgrimage for Reconciliation. Jimmy acquired a Masters of Arts in Applied Anthropology from Georgia State University. Currently, Jimmy is the founder and president of The Bitumen Group. Bitumen is a consulting firm that allows Jimmy to use his gifts as a facilitator, trainer, and speaker to organizations, ministries, schools, and churches in areas of strategic planning, ethnic diversity, and organizational well-being.
