Entrepreneur Catherine Blake, founder of Sales Protocol International, has a passion for sales, marketing, business development and a heart for encouraging others to be their personal best. Her professional expertise helps companies grow through strategic initiatives, execution, and hard work.

Blake has over twenty years of experience with FORTUNE 500 companies such as EMC, GTE, IBM Corporation plus start-ups and private ventures. Her assignments have taken her outside the United States to Europe, Asia, South America, and Africa. In her tenure, her key clients have included Philips, NBC, ESPN, Raytheon, DeBeers, Daimler-Benz and the United States Navy. She has survived some of the best leadership training on the planet, including walking across a bed of red hot coals to establish self-control and focus.

Blake has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an Executive MBA from Harvard University. She is currently an adjunct professor at The University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business & Economics. She has been recognized by Who’s Who in Information Technology for her sales leadership. Blake has served on the board of directors of several non-profit groups including The Boys & Girls Club, and Girls Inc. She is affiliated with SMPS (Society for Marketing Professional Services), SAMA (Strategic Management Association), and AMA (American Marketing Association). She has also served in leadership for the New Hampshire High Technology Council's Entrepreneur Forum since 2006. At present, she is a board member and communications chair for Harvard University’s Extension School Alumni Board. Blake appeared in TIME magazine in an article entitled “The Battle for the Woman Voter”.

True to her values, Blake serves as a mentor to young business people and serves on a leadership team at her church in New Hampshire. She founded a community group called “MarketPlace Connection” to raise the bar for ethics and integrity in the business world.
