Is There Such A Thing As "My Truth" or "Your Truth"?

In response to a survey we conducted on campus, we learned that there is a desire to discover truth in light of the strong division in our current socio-cultural climate. This pressing issue is affecting much of the way we do life as a society and can affect our relationships on a deep and personal level. Should truth be unequivocally privatized? How can people who hold opposing versions of what they believe to be true come together to rigorously and humbly test these truths for the common good? Join us for this thoughtful and engaging dialogue between people who hold different worldviews and the UAA community as we delve into the topic “Is There Such a Thing as ‘My Truth’ or ‘Your Truth’?”
