Ashley Byrd
Mid-Atlantic Regional Director
Ashley is the Regional Director for the Mid-Atlantic states, where he coaches existing planning teams and helps develop new forums in the region. Ashley helped start the Veritas Forum at Columbia University, where he also works as a campus staff member with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Additionally, Ashley helps support sustainable development efforts in Gulu, Uganda with World Vision. Ashley earned his B.A. in Economics at Columbia University. He currently lives with his wife Carly in New York City.
Dan Cho
Executive Director
Dan serves as the executive director of The Veritas Forum and is working to lead the organization in its next stage of development. Dan's relationship with Veritas dates back to his freshman year at Harvard when he attended the very first Forum. He has nearly a decade of college ministry experience as staff with Berkland Baptist Church in Cambridge and has also worked in the development offices of Harvard and MIT. In addition to earning an A.B. from Harvard College in social anthropology, Dan has also received master's degrees from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and Yale Divinity School.
Julia Fifer
Intern
Julia is an intern in the national office. She is a student at Harvard, Class of 2011, where she is studying economics and psychology. Julia is an active member of Harvard's Ballroom Dance Team and Christian Impact, for which she is part of the servant team. While in high school in Memphis, Julia co-chaired the Mid-South Leadership Conference, an organization designed to teach students to be leaders in their community.
Kelly Monroe Kullberg
Founder and Director of Project Development
Kelly is the founder and director of project development of The Veritas Forum which she first organized at Harvard in 1992. She edited and co-authored the best-selling Finding God at Harvard: Spiritual Journeys of Christian Thinkers (1996) and taught senior electives at Harvard College in film and C.S. Lewis while serving as a chaplain to the Harvard Graduate School Christian Fellowship from 1988-1997. Kelly holds a B.A. in Organizational Behavior from Ohio University; an M.A. from the Ohio State University in Communication Theory. She was a visiting student at the Harvard Divinity School and at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Kelly lives with her husband David and children in Columbus, Ohio.
Jason Mann
Asia Regional Director
Jason is the Asia regional director for The Veritas Forum. Raised in Taiwan and mainland China, he has served in a wide variety of roles in Asia, including leading education teams, conducting medical relief work on the Tibetan plateau, and analyzing the shipping industry in Hong Kong. Jason earned an A.B. in East Asian Studies from Harvard College, a Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University, and is now completing an M.D. at Vanderbilt Medical School.
Sarah Park
Director of Publishing
Sarah Park is the Director of Publishing where she is leading the development of Veritas Forum Books, our publishing partnership with InterVarsity Press. Sarah received her B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, and J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she attended the very first Veritas Forum. After practicing intellectual property law in California, she moved to South Korea to start a campus fellowship at several college campuses while working at an international law firm. She then moved to the U.K. and earned a Diploma in Divinity at the University of Cambridge while her husband worked on his Ph.D. She currently lives in Pasadena, California, with her husband and three children and is active in the college student ministry at her church.
Faith Sadar
Intern
Faith is currently in her third year as an intern with The Veritas Forum's national office. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, she is a senior at Harvard College, majoring in government. She has been involved in three Veritas Forums at Harvard and on the planning team for two. Faith also serves on the leadership team for the Harvard chapter of Campus Crusade for Christ.
Dana Tuckey
Midwest Regional Director
Dana is the Midwest regional director for The Veritas Forum, where she guides and equips local teams to host Veritas Forum events. Prior to joining Veritas, Dana worked as an area director with Young Life, ministering to unchurched adolescents. She has also been educated abroad in London, Edinburgh, Dublin, and Galway, as well as on location at biblical sites in Israel and Turkey. Dana earned her B.A. in Psychology with high honors at Michigan State University in 2005. She currently lives with her husband Dave in Michigan.
Bethany Yu
Forums Coordinator
Bethany serves as the forums coordinator for The Veritas Forum, where she manages the day-to-day operations of the national office. Prior to joining Veritas, she served as an aide to a member of the Massachusetts Legislature, worked in the American Congregational Library and Archives, and taught writing courses. Bethany earned her B.A. in American Studies from Williams College in 2003 and is currently earning her master's degree in Church History from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
Norman Yung
Director of Web and Media Development
Norman was part of the founding team for Veritas at Columbia University and served the marketing initiative for the forum in 2005. He designed ads, flyers, and programs that reached out to the Columbia University campus. Since then, he has taken on the role of Director of Web and Media Development developing the forum's media and web services. Norman received his B.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University in 2006 and currently works at a web marketing company in New York City.
