Paul Mills

Former Senior Policy Advisor, UK Treasury; Advisory Board Member, Jubilee Centre, Cambridge

Paul previously worked for 13 years the UK Treasury as a senior policy adviser on financial markets and regulatory policy, followed by a stint for the IMF in Washington DC. He now lives in London, providing daily advice and commentary on the sovereign crisis and banking risks. Paul's PhD thesis at Cambridge covered the critiques of debt finance through the history economic thought as well as Islamic and modern banking theory. Alongside his day job he speaks and writes regularly on the application of the Bible to personal and public finance, and is a member of the Advisory Board for the Jubilee Centre, a Christian think-tank.
