Paul Copan



Paul Copan is the Pledger Family Chair of Philosophy and Ethics at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, FL. He is the author of Loving Wisdom: Christian Philosophy of Religion (Chalice), "True for You, But Not for Me" (Bethany House), "That's Just Your Interpretation," "How Do You Know You're Not Wrong?" (Baker), and When God Goes to Starbucks: A Guide to Practical Apologetics (Baker, forthcoming). In addition to contributing essays to several books, he has written many articles in professional philosophical and theological journals. He is the current president of the Evangelical Philosophical Society, and he has served on staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. He has spoken on university campuses such as Harvard, Georgetown, and Yale. He and his wife, Jacqueline, live with their five children in the West Palm Beach area. They enjoy taking long summer road trips, birdwatching, hiking, and visiting Civil War battle sites and historic homes.
