Should we treat ethnic diversity as an end in itself, and if so, to what degree?

Judgment is harsh. In both talks it was discussed about how one feels when the judgment is happening. When one is looking at others motives though is there a line where they are also judging in their hearts. Is there a balance where you can have discernment without judging. There are many bible passages on love and forgiveness and judgment and I know God is the end but how can one, or does one deal with the idea/feeling that they need to self justify?

What can a white individual at UNH do to be more respectful of the minorities on campus?
