A Moral Climate?

In The Veritas Forum at Columbia, 2009, John Mutter and Vinoth Ramachandra discussed the ethical implications of climate change. Do you see climate change as an ethical issue? How? Do you resonate more with Mutter or with Ramachandra? How can we develop a theory of ethical behavior that will guide us in such large group actions as those that affect the environment?
