How should Christians respond to issues in Darfur? How do aid workers avoid the "messiah complex?" How might those wanting to work in Africa be best prepared for the situation they will encounter? Through this candid and engaging panel discussion at Hope College, several former students and a professor draw on their experiences in Africa to answer these questions and more. Jane Graham, Molly Halvey, Jena Lee, and Dr. Fred Johnson have been involved in ministry in Africa in a variety of capacities, and each in turn speak of their personal experiences while providing useful information for anyone interesting in doing aid work or seeking an understanding of the way the Christian Church serves others abroad.
